No, your images never leave your device! All image processing happens entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript and WebGL. Your images are never uploaded to our servers, stored, or transmitted anywhere.

SpectraCheck works with PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, and GIF formats up to 10MB. It works best with UI screenshots, mockups, graphics, infographics, and charts.

How accurate are the CVD simulations?

SpectraCheck uses scientifically-based color transformation algorithms based on research by Brettel, Viénot, and Mollon (1997) and Machado et al. (2009). However, CVD varies by individual, so simulations should be used as a guide alongside user testing.
